WHO CAN JOIN
All teaching staff from Universities that have already signed a Bilateral Agreement with TEI of Crete.
The sending university is responsible for organizing the administrative process and also for paying the Erasmus grant to the visiting staff from partner countries at TEI of Crete.
HOW TO APPLY
The start date of the mobility period shall be the first day that the participant needs to be present at TEI OF CRETE and the end date shall be the last day the participant needs to be present at TEI OF CRETE. One day for travel before the first day of the activity and one day for travel following the last day of the activity shall be added to the duration of the mobility period and included in the calculation for individual support. The total duration of the mobility period should have a minimum of 5 days per mobility activity. A minimum of 8 hours of teaching per week has to be respected.
STEP 1- BEFORE YOU COME
- Send an to the Academic Coordinator of your field of interest including the following information: Name and Last Name / Title / Position/University/ Department – Institute – Organization / Address / Tel. / Email address / Proposed dates / Purpose of visit / Short CV, with CC to the Erasmus Coordinator of the TEI of Crete Dr. Gareth Owens (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Upon agreement, please fill the Staff Mobility Agreement Agreement and send it to Dr Gareth Owens (email@example.com), with CC to the Academic Coordinator of your field of interest.
STEP 2 – WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT TEI OF CRETE
